How do I register for the event?

We provide these methods to register:

1. Fill out the registration form and mail it in with your check. Your entry must be received at least 5 days before the race.

2. Register online with Metro Race Forum until May 27th.

3. Register in person at Ridgewood Running Company, Ridgewood YMCA, or Road Runner Sports until May 27th.

How do I pick up my race bib and timing chip?

There are three ways to pick up your race materials:

1. At Road Runner Sports 4-7 PM on Saturday, May 29

2. At Ridgewood YMCA 2-4 PM on Sunday, May 30

3. On race day arrive at least 30 minutes before your race and go to the registration tent.

How do I get to the race?

Follow the directions on the directions page. If one of the methods does not match your starting location then click on one of the mapping web sites on top of the page and follow their instructions to map a path to the course.

Can you explain the difference between chip time and gun time?
